Sometimes we go through a phase or phases we do not understand, and we ask "Why is this happening to me". Most times we don't know why. God understands it all. His word says that we should cast our burden on Him for He cares for us.
To cast simply means to "Throw"; you could either throw away or throw forward.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls (Matt 11:29, NIV).
Sometimes the day-to-day challenges can cause stress, many people lose sleep, worrying about their health, family, work and so many things. But God wants us to cast them all to Him. God wants us to live a stress-free life, a life of rest and peace. But the question is "Do you trust Him".
I really may not understand why you are going through what you are going through but I am here to encourage you to be still and Know that He is God. He is God able to bring you out of what you are currently going through.
He is God able to fight all your battles, He is God able to deliver you, He is God able to see you through. Today, Find rest in Him, for He will surely deliver you.
